I confirm the product category and intended business model have been fully disclosed and not disguised. I understand refunds are handled manually by the merchant because payments settle directly bank-to-bank.

Approval is not automatic. NRVE Pay review and upstream provider activation are separate checks. A store cannot accept payments until both are ready.
